I believe that technology is a tool that, when used effectively, can increase student achievement, capture student interest, allow district operations to run smoothly, and provide a variety of media to communicate with the entire learning community.

Technology is most effective when it is infused into the curriculum and culture of a learning community and used by students as they learn.

I believe that planning for technology hardware, software, and professional development should be done with the participation of all stakeholders in a learning community.
