QuickStart Guides are the basis of the professional development courses I offer to teachers. They are designed to provide the basic training needed for a teacher at any level of technology skill to work with an application for the first time. During professional development activities, these guides are the foundation on which training is differentiated. Some teachers follow the guides exactly while others only use them as a reference. Depending on the group, I further differentiate the course content as we work to create an authentic project using the new application or skills.
